[BioC] F.p.value from a time course analysis

Dear all,

After adjusting F.p.value (method="fdr") from a time course analysis and selecting values < 0.05, I get no significant genes.  However, when I look at the F.p.values the are quite small (10^ - 5).  Why is it that there are no significant genes after F.p.value adjustment??  Sorry, I am not a statistician.
