[BioC] (no subject)

hello,
i'm trying to install BioConductor from the net. i'm following the 
procedure from the web page.
when i'm on the RGui page and i type in

  source("http://www.bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")biocLite()

i receive an error message

Error in file(file, "r", encoding = encoding) :
         unable to open connection
In addition: Warning message:
unable to connect to 'www.bioconductor.org' on port 80.

what do i have to do?
