[BioC] ABPkgBuilder (AnnBuilder) subscript out of bounds error

Hi Henrik,
Which version of AnnBuilder you are using? I believe the "subscript out
of bounds error" had been fixed. If you tried the developmental version
AnnBuilder, you should not get this error again.
