[BioC] biocLite.R

Dear list,
 
I was trying to install Bioconductor on WIndows XP machine and got this error message:

> source("http://www.bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
Error in file(file, "r", encoding = encoding) : 
        unable to open connection
In addition: Warning message:
cannot open: HTTP status was '0 (null)' 
-----------------------------
Could you please tell me what is wrong? 
I did the installation several times before (also on XP) and I've never seen this error message...
