[BioC] Affymetrix exon arrays?

Actually, there are a few things about the information that is stored in
the exon CDF file that are a little bit non-standard relative to other
expression arrays and so I would expect it to have problems producing a
reasonable cdfenv.

On a tangentially related note, if you are interested in RMA summarizing
affy exon data there is preliminary support in RMAExpress for doing so
(and you can always read the output of that back into R/BioConductor),

Best,

Ben
