[BioC] limma and 'randomizedBlockFit' is deprecate

There's been a name change for the function in the statmod package.  You get this
warning because you have re-installed the statmod package since Oct 20 but don't
yet have the corresponding limma version update.  Try limma again today (from
CRAN).
