[BioC] How to retrieve the intensity of probes (PM and MM) and the order of probes in the probe set?

Hello, Bioconductor users,
I am working on gene expression data generated by Affymetrix chip ATH1-121501.
Is it possible to retrieve the intensities of probes (PM and MM)in each probe
set using cel files and cdfenvironments from ath1121501cdf package?
Is it possible to find the order of probes in the probe set or genomic locations
of probes for corresponding genes using matchprobes package?
Can you share your experience how to do it or similar work?
