[BioC] QPCR analysis (Real time)

I know that people on this mailing list are mostly dedicated to work with microarray data, but real-time PCR (QPCR) is also a part of transcriptome analysis - so here is my question:


Does anyone know of any R-package to work with Q-PCR data that is capable of reading sds files or its exports and use a delta-delta Ct method or any other...
