[BioC] Cannot install Bioconductor 1.6 Binaries from within R 2.1.0a on Mac OS X 10.4

We do not yet have OS X binary packages available for the Bioconductor
1.6 release.  So that is why you are seeing the 404 error messages.  

We will do our best to have OS X binary packages available by the end
of the week.
