[BioC] bug in resourcerer2BioC in Resourcerer package

A bug is found in resourcerer2BioC or AnnBuilder:::writeDescription.

When the \code{author}, which is defined as a list with members of \code
{author} and \code{maintainer}, passes to \code
{AnnBuilder:::writeDescription}, its value becomes a logical value \code
{TRUE}. 

One more comment to the writeDescription is to let it execute at the
very beginning of the ABPkgBuilder, rather than after a long waiting. 

Because the code of writeDescrition catches the error, the traceback()
does not work in this case. This make the debug very difficult.
