Dear All,
After completing an analysis using LIMMA. I created a
file containing all the genes that had a p value <
0.05.
In the file there were a few spots that contained an
"NA"
for the block, row, column and ID fields but there are
values under the M, A, T,p and B fields .

The input is a GPR file.
The format of the same is
Block Row Column Name ID(followed by parameters eg.
                                        log2(cy5/cy3)
Why are the values for block row and column not being
shown in the output?
I have a set of significantly expressed genes in the
output but without a name or location of the spot.
Eagerly waiting for a reply,
Thank you
-Ankit
