[BioC] q value package - query

   Hi:

   I  am  interested  in  using the q value package for my data analysis.
   Unfortunately  the site doesn't provide me with the windows executable
   file.Can you please tell me how i can access this package.

   Please  reply  at  the earliest as i need this package to get q values
   for my analysis
