[BioC] VSN problem in windows

This is most likely caused by your version of vsn being too old for
the newest R.  Note that the current Bioc release (1.5) is compatible
with R 2.0.x.  The Bioconductor team is aiming for a May 18th release
of 1.6 that will work with the latest R (2.1.x).
