[BioC] source URL changed for AnnBuilder?

I just tried to run the function ABPkgBuilder and got the
following error info:

Warning: cannot open: HTTP status was `404 Not Found'
Error in url(paste(sourceURLs[["GO"]], "/", builds[index], sep
= ""),  : 
        unable to open connection

Is it because that GO has changed its downloading address from:
"http://www.godatabase.org/dev/database/archive/latest"
to
"http://archive.godatabase.org/latest" ?
