[BioC] Installation of Bioconductor 1.6 under Mac OS 10.3

Hi everybody, 

I am unable to install Bioconductor packages from within a freshly installed
R package (Raqua 1.11) when using the --> Packages & Data --> Package
Installer --> BioConductor (binaries) path. I can see all the packages after
clicking Get List, but when trying to install any one package then all I
receive is

"trying URL 'http://www.bioconductor.org/bin/macosx/2.1/PACKAGES'

Any clue as to what is going on?
