[BioC] how-to-normalize-single-channel-data-in-cDNA-experiment

i am interested in comparing the channel-1 data of two
different cDNA experiments that we have carried out,
without considering the channel-2 data.
could anyone tell me about how to normalize this
single channel data alone.
