[BioC] Converting between WICGR (.gct and .res) and eset, exprSet, etc.

Hi List,

I'm wondering if anyone has developed converters to move between
expression set data (e.g. exprSet objects) and the Whitehead
Institute/MIT Center for Genomic Research formats (e.g. .gct and .res)?
