[BioC] Fwd: Getting LimmaGUI to run

Stefano,

thanks for the help, both BWidget and Tktable installed fine.

On the other hand, I have R now behaving strangely:
Previously, I started R by clicking on the R.app, and since several 
packages appear to require it, I immediately start an X-window session 
with the X button at the top of the R console.

Now, however, R immediately quits on startup when I do that, UNLESS an 
X-window session is already open....

I assume something changed in the R startup environment that is 
X-dependent, how do I change that back?
