[BioC] moe430a and moe430av2 normalisation

Hi,  I was wondering if anyone knew how (if possible) I could normalise
moe430a and moe430av2 chips together.

>From the information supplied by affymetrix .....The arrays contain
identical probes sets but they are in a different format.... 430A having
18um features and 430A 2.0 having 11um features. Because the features and
array area are smaller in v2, the CDFs are different.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
