[BioC] Extracting normalized intensities

I'm a little unclear on how to extract normalized intensities from a 
marrayNorm object.  The intensities in maA appear to be the original 
un-normalized intensities.  There are normalization factors in maMloc 
and maMscale, but I don't know how to apply them.  The maMscale look 
like multiplicative values while the maMloc look additive.
