[BioC] Error getting packages from repository

I am getting a package cannot be found in any repository error for all 
packages, but I am able to get getBioC.R.  Is there something up with 
the repository?

Newly installed R 1.9.1, MacOS under console.

source('http://www.bioconductor.org/getBioC.R')
getBioC('affy')
