[BioC] Question

Hi, 
I am trying to install "affy" package in R using the "getBioC" script.
But, I am getting the error message "Your R can not connect to the
Bioconductor website, which is required for getBioC to work properly. 
The most likely cause of this is the internet configuration of R"

Could you please advise me to over come this difficulty?
