[BioC] unable to resolve 'www.bioconductor.org'

Hi ,there:
 I installed  Bioconductor packages using 
> source("http://www.bioconductor.org/getBioC.R"). 
and fund 
>Error in file(file, "r") : unable to open connection
In addition: Warning message: 
unable to resolve 'www.bioconductor.org'. 

What is the matter?
