arrayMagic didn't work on Monday right after R 2.0.0 was introduced -- I
thought perhaps one or more of the libraries had not been updated or
propagated. So I tried re-installing arrrayMagic today and I get the
same error:
Error in library(arrayMagic) : 'arrayMagic' is not a valid package --
installed < 2.0.0?
In addition: Warning messages:
I can install all the R packages without any problems, but when I try to
install all the Bioconductor packages under R 1.9.1, or now under R
2.0.0, there are multiple errors:
Under Windows 2000 using R 2.0.0:

Any suggestions on how to get all the Bioconductor packages installed,
and specifically arrayMagic, using R 2.0.0?
