[BioC] convert data object within Limma (.txt to RGlist)

I'd read in the text file using read.table() and then construct the RGlist objects "by hand" (so to speak). The limma documentation gives some detail on the RGlist class and you'll just have to put the right columns of your data matrix into the right slots.

Subject: [BioC] convert data object within Limma (.txt to RGlist)
I downloaded some data sets from the web, these data sets compiled all the background subtracted (but not normalized) Red and Green intensities side-by-side in a single .txt format (simliar to MAANOVA input data file) from all the arrays in a study. I like to normalize these data set using the "normalizeWithinarrays" and the the "normalizeBetweenarrays" function within Limma. I know the Convert package could convert limma and marray data objects. is there any ways to convert a table format object to a RGlist object? Thanks,
Caimiao
