[BioC] Failure to install Rgraphviz

Can you also describe exactly how you invoked this installation
attempt?  It appears to be via 'install.packages' from base R?  Also, it
appears that you are using Windows, is this true?  If so, I can tell you
right off that your quest is in vain as Rgraphviz does not exist for
Windows.
