[BioC] Using Bioconductor data sets

Hi

I am writing and (hopefully) releasing an R library, and I want to
include the golub data set and script (golub.R) that is packaged with
the multtest library.  I'm not sure whether I can just go ahead and do
this or if I should ask permission first...?
