[BioC] Downloading Data from SMD (and reading into limma)

Dear Ian,
This is fixed in limma 1.6.12 available from
http://bioinf.wehi.edu.au/limma. You can now use
RG <- read.maimages(files, source="smd")
for SMD raw data files produced after 9/2003 and
RG <- read.maimages(files, source="smd.old")
for SMD raw data files produced earlier than that.
