[BioC] Import of high resolution .CEL files

Hi,
I have a set of .CEL files obtained using GCOS version of Affy software.
ReadAffy() is unable to read these cel files.
Can anyone provide me with some info on this.
I am using R version 2.01
Any help will be appreciated.
