[BioC] XML Package

I'have downloaded AnnBuider package
but cheking dependencies  I found it lays 
on XML package. Infact, when invoking 
library(AnnBuilder) I get:

library(AnnBuilder)
Loading required package: XML
Error: package 'XML' could not be loaded
In addition: Warning message:
There is no package called 'XML' in: library(pkg, character.only = TRUE, 
logical = TRUE, lib.loc = lib.loc)

Where can i download the XML package?
I didn't find it the list of packages on BioC web site!
