[BioC] Installing Bioconductor under

  This happens when R's package installation process is halted in the middle (possibly
 by the user). You need to find a remove the 00LOCK directory. I am not sure why you 
 did not locate it in /Library/Frameworks. You might try to update your locate database 
 and use that to search for a file named 00LOCK. The man page for locate will 
 tell you how to do that, but it really should be where the error message says it is.
