[BioC] problem in limmaGUI with Heat Diagram

Hi Bas,

This problem with the heat diagram plot in limmaGUI has been 
fixed in version 1.3.7, available at 
http://bioinf.wehi.edu.au/limmaGUI/  (not yet on Bioconductor).

The horizontal and vertical dimensions of the tkrplot images 
are determined when limmaGUI begins depending on various things 
(operating system, graphics device), then they used to be stored 
in global variables which could be accessed by the plot 
functions.  Now they are stored in a list object called 
.limmaGUIglobals instead of being stored directly as global 
variables.  The heat diagram plot function hadn't caught up to 
this for some reason.  Seems to be fixed now.
