[BioC] Having problem with the installation

Sir
I am having problem with the installation of Bioconductor
as when I am typing the following command
source("http://www.bioconductor.org/getBioC.R")
from R command window
the system is giving the following error msg
Error in file(file, "r") : unable to open connection
In addition: Warning message:
unable to connect to 'www.bioconductor.org' on port 80.
Can someone help
