19 August 2004: annotate - Three new functions added to annotate. 
     readIDNAcc: Query the GEO database to obtain mappings between probe
                 ids and GenBank accession numbers for an array identified
                 by a GEO accession number (e. g. GPL96)
     readGEOAnn: Query the GEO database to obtain the annotation data for an
                 array identified by a GEO accession number.
     getGPLNames: Obtain GEO accession numbers and names of arrays.
