[BioC] Affy SNP chips.

[Raoul-Sam Daruwala]

Has anyone here used Bioconductor to read Affy SNP chips? I see mentions  
of people trying to do this, but no mentions of successfully reading  
individual probe set intensities from SNP chips.

Any help would be appreciated.
