Hello, 

My name is Audrey and I work at the NCI.  I downloaded the bioconductor /
affy software because I'm interested in the affyrnadeg portion of the
software.  My question --is there some sort of tutorial for running the
software?  I don't know 'where to get started'.  Thank you in advance.
