[BioC] Release 1.4 information

Hello,

Many of you have seen the roadmap for the Bioconductor 1.4 release,
which was sent out about a month ago.  Due to circumstances beyond our
control (the delay of the R release as well as the same issues
which delayed R) we will be delaying our release for two weeks.

Several of you have asked me about the state of the package reviews.
Tony will be contacting people by tommorow afternoon in regards to
this issue.

All contributions for packages need to be sent in to me by April 21st,
and all package reviews should be completed by April 26th.
