[BioC] Array Comparative genome hybridization (CGH) linked to gene expression micro-arrays

I am interested in correlating array Comparative genome hybridization
(CGH)with gene expression micro-array data in a large data set. Is there any
resource (Bioconductor or otherwise) around to facilitate that? Any hints or
references wellcome.
