Please update from stable to testing in /etc/apt/sources.list

as root:

apt-get update

update the package management first (suggested), then update the rest

apt-get install apt dpkg
apt-get dist-upgrade

Then start R and install:

R
source("http://www.bioconductor.org/getBioC.R")
getBioC()

Best regards,

Steffen
