[BioC] help with packages

Please update from stable to testing in /etc/apt/sources.list
as root:
apt-get update
update the package management first (suggested), then update the rest
apt-get install apt dpkg
apt-get dist-upgrade
Then start R and install:
R
source("http://www.bioconductor.org/getBioC.R")
getBioC()
