[BioC] problem with getBioC()

I've tried to install Bioconductor this morning and I obtain
the following error message when running getBioC():

Error in getBioC() : Your R can not connect to the Bioconductor website,
which is required for getBioc to work properly.  
The most likely cause of this is the internet configuration of R

Has someone the same problem? How it is possible to fix the problem?
