[BioC] Recent changes to Bioconductor packages

        tree rather than just a collection of .R, .Rd etc. files; spiced 
        up the example -- WH

13 Jul 03: RBGL significantly modified.  R and cpp file sprawl eliminated,
	and c++ calls are sensitive to edgemode of incoming graphNEL
