[BioC] annaffy 0.9 Release

Today I am releasing annaffy 0.9. It includes the following new 
features/bug fixes:

- Class/data column equivalents for CHR, CHRLOC, and SUMFUNC
- A Tk widget for selecting which columns to use (It isn't annaffy 
specific and can easily be reused in other R packages.)
- An implementation of the rbind() method for aafTable, allowing 
display of annotation from different chips in a single table
- aafIntensity cells can now handle NA values (thanks to Reinhold Koch)

While not really a new feature per-se, there is now a web interface for 
annaffy available. It is loaded with all of the 1.2.7 data packages:

Release 1.0 is on track for next Friday.
