[BioC] Error when unzipping hgu133a file

I get an error when trying to unzip hgu133acdf_0.1.zip, both with R
(return value 1) and Power Archiver. 
My downloaded archive has MD5 sum f777307d236b287d680e7a846b6553cd.

Can you replicate this error? Did the file go corrupt on the way?
