[BioC] Monkey & Affymetrix human chip : HU133 or HU95av2 ?

Hi all,

We are planning to use human affymetrix chip on monkey and I would like to
know if it's better to use HU133 chips or HU95 chips ?

For the HU133 : more recent, better design of probe (specificity, TM), more
genes, but only 11 probes per gene and the probes are frequently design in
the 3'UTR with a risk of a divergence between human and monkey.
