[BioC] connection leak in getBioC or reposTools

Downloading the `affy' bundle on Mac OS X with getBioC("affy") I run out
of connections, with 46 url connections to
  http://www.bioconductor.org/repository/release1.2/package/repdatadesc.rda
that have been closed but not destroyed.
