[BioC] BioConductor install in Mac OS X

Bioconductor packages have been constructed by Jan de Leeuw.  I assume
that they work; possibly AnnBuilder may not, however, that speculation
rests only on the complex integration for that package with
PostgreSQL, which should exist for OS X.

I (and perhaps others) would be interested in hearing about
experiences.
