[BiocBUG] no january meeting

although we tentatively had a jan meeting scheduled, i feel we
will be better served by a quarterly meeting where real
developments can be reviewed in depth.  if folks have specific
interests in meeting more regularly or perhaps informally,
please post to the list.  otherwise i will try to set up
an agenda for a meeting in march, and will post to the list
(and to bioconductor) with tentative dates.
