[Bioc-sig-seq] R package for DGE analysis between multiple RNA-Seq samples

Dear Bruno,

As Davis replied to you on the Bioconductor mailing list, the glm 
functions in edgeR perform differential expression analysis of arbitrarily 
complicated RNA-Seq experiments.  There is a case study in the edgeR 
User's guide.
