[Bioc-sig-seq] Issue RSQLite

Having problems accessing a TranscriptDb object. Consistently getting the following error:

Error in sqliteFetch(rs, n = -1, ...) : 
  RSQLite driver: (RS_SQLite_fetch: failed first step: disk I/O error)

Are there any suggested solutions?
