[Bioc-sig-seq] error msg from edgeR estimateCRDisp

Dear Kristen and Laurent,

A possible (likely) explanation for the error is that your design matrix 
isn't of full column rank.  Can you please check this:

   library(limma)
   is.fullrank(design)
